After playing a surprise acoustic reunion show, The Format officially announced their first shows in 12 years, taking place in NYC, Chicago, and Phoenix this spring. A presale began yesterday, and tickets are not surprisingly already going fast, so the band added new shows in each city.
They’re now playing three NYC shows (Bowery Ballroom on March 20, 21 & 22), three Chicago shows (Lincoln Hall on March 27, 28 & 29), and two Phoenix shows (The Van Buren on April 3 & 4). Tickets for NYC, Chicago, and Phoenix all go on sale Friday (2/7) at noon local.
